Enchanting
I have been looking forward to fall for quite some time. Having just moved and all the changes that go along with that, a schedule and routine is heavenly. I am usually saddened to say good bye to summer, and the leisurely pace – not this year. This year it is Hello Fall! Welcome, I have been waiting for you.
Here I what I am most excited about:
1. Sweater season
2. Flocks of geese in v formations
3. Fires in the fireplace
4. The yellow harvest moon
5. Jack o lanterns
6. Pumpkin bread
7. Thanksgiving!
8. Trees, trees, trees – all turning colors
I was walking last night at a local school, Haverford College, and all I could think was – if this is so picturesque now – just think what it will look like in one months time.
make way for ducklings – also for an evening stroll
Your turn – what is on your Hello Fall list?

on September 29, 2012 9:28 amtops on the list is hello back to school and defined scheduled!!!!!
however close behind is the cooler weather, hot apple cider (however have you seen the price of cider this year!?!), apple picking with our favorite family friends, the wonderful colors of the leaves turning, my BFF’s birthday and my birthday (we are only 14 days apart), Halloween, back to school night to meet my son’s teachers, and Thanksgiving with my BFF (a new tradition that we started a few years ago – we live 14 hours apart so it is a great opportunity to get together. First year she traveled to my home in Massachusetts, then we met in Hershey PA, last year was Niagara Falls and this year she, her family and her parents are traveling this way again and we are doing Thanksgiving in Plymouth and staying on Cape Cod. I can hardly wait!!!)
