The Great American Roadtrip, Part 3 in Maine!

Humor me as I share photos of these beautiful flowers that I cannot get to grow in my garden in Connecticut.  They grow everywhere in Maine and some locals here even talk of trying to control them, which only mildly infuriates me.  I’m sure it’s just jealousy.

Lupines and wild daisies, harmonious in a field.

Seriously.

Not lupines, but gorgeous dahlias.  I couldn’t resist including them.
