Today, I’m betting you are in the full swing of Thanksgiving cooking and planning. It’s shocking that my ESP is so attuned isn’t it?

The spinach casserole is made and in the fridge and while I have not tasted it yet the smells were divine! Have a wonderful and safe holiday from my family to you, the adorables, the running man and whomever else you are spending it with 🙂
