The countdown is over. One day until Christmas. Merry Christmas Eve to you and yours!! Wishing you happiness, love and countless beautiful memories.
From the Good Stuff Guide to you!

I have cut gummy bears in half to be evenly distributed. And cut cookies in 3 even triangles. We rotate seats in the car every Saturday morning. My oldest drew a graph as a visual. A moves to B, B moves to C, and C moves to A. Synchronized allegebric rotation. I have three children and like 5 jobs and well, it can get tiring. A happy tired. The best kind.
Gummy vitamins, candy disguised as vitamins, are doled out in 2s. We count down days to Christmas, and celebrations, and birthdays, sometimes half birthdays.
Flour is measured for baking, and ingredients in teaspoons and cups. Birthday cakes take 2 eggs, and Tollhouse cookies 2 and a half cups of flour.
Even is everything – 3 cookies each, 2 scoops of ice cream, 1 piece of candy. I have counted out M & Ms, swedish fish, and penny candy. Measurement becomes the scales on which all justice rests.
Age is everything. Age is seniority. Age is living. 11 and a half, nothing is wasted.
Yet love is lavish. Love is never measured. Love never dolled out in drips and draps, a cup, a quarter cup, a tablespoon. Love never divides, only multiplies. Love is never subtracted only added. Love is the foundation on which all life rests.
