Happy, happy Home Tour Friday to you!

I discovered this home and I knew immediately I had to share. To me, it was such a suprise…

So travel with me to the Cherry Hills area of Denver, Colorado to see a magnificent 70’s ranch transformation:

Here is the outside of the home:

I saw the outside, and thought, “nice house, but I bet I’ve seen the inside a million times”.

Well, actually no.

My mouth fell to the floor as I toured:

Dining room.

Living room.

What strikes me is there is not a single piece of furniture, accessory, etc that doesn’t fit together for the greater whole. It all works together.

P.S. I am terrible at pulling off this cohesive style that we see here.

And now for the kitchen.

I saw this first photo and thought, “Gorgeous”.

But then we round the corner and get the full look:

Yes, it’s an L shaped kitchen and it has EVERYTHING.

Oh my.

Family room.

Office.

And moving to the lower level:

A dream, really.

I love this working office that also shares space with the laundry room.

Master bedroom.

(sorry, we’re back upstairs now…)

Master bath.

And outside is equally spectacular…

Outdoor kitchen.

Is it a pool or is a water feature?

Basketball court, just for fun.

And plenty of level yard for a soccer field.

I could just pack up all our clothes and we could move right in here. We love this style! Absolutely beautiful. Modern can be warm and comfortable and this house proves it!

Wow! Amazing! You certainly have no idea looking from the outside! It is equally as nice outside but the interior is just so unexpected! So great!
