Happy Labor Day! (and Giveaway)
September 7, 2009Time to eek out the last little bit of summer. Time to enjoy your family and play.
Have a great day!
Today, I’m giving away a Mad Gab’s gift set to 2 of you dear readers.
Mad Gab’s was developed by Gab while she was in college and cooking up balms in her mom’s kitchen. Now she’s several years out of college (and a mom) and Mad Gab’s is booming. Read the rest of her story and I know you’ll be smiling and inspired. Promise.
So to win, leave a comment by this Friday for this question: How do you get your adorables to get to sleep with a babysitter on duty? (If you have no idea, just leave your name and a “Hi!” and you’ll be good.) I’ll use Random.org to generate winners, but I sure would appreciate the advice just the same. Thanks!
Many thanks to Mad Gab’s!

on September 7, 2009 8:51 pmWe have an incredible system that includes wearing our little guy out, a loud sound machine and his favorite music. However, since I am lucky enough to live close to my parents – it is his grandparents that are babysitting most of the time!

on September 7, 2009 10:08 pmWe don’t really ever have a babysitter, but the very few times our daughter has stayed over at her aunt’s house, a bedtime phone call worked wonders!
Thank you 😉

on September 8, 2009 10:21 amHow do you get your adorables to get to sleep with a babysitter on duty? I am very lucky, both my boys go down pretty easily and when family babysits, my older one usually stays up as long as he wants so he’s so tired he’s ready to go to sleep!
