Cisco Valet Wireless Router (Giveaway!)
January 31, 2011Today, it’s a techie windfall for 1 lucky winner!
Here’s my definition of serendipity: my old, old, wireless router was seriously on the fritz – I would need to reboot it several times a day and would often just give up and wait in earnest for it to decide to work again. The very day I told the Running Man I was through and we needed a new one, I received an email asking me to review the new Cisco Valet router. Now that’s lucky!
This was super-duper easy to set up – the router comes with a USB flash drive that you plug in and voila, it sets the whole thing up for you. Think 5 minutes while it loaded files, completely hands off. Automatically set up our password-protected, WPA-encrypted firewall.
It even set up a separate guest account when people are visiting – not that we don’t trust them!
I promise I’m not exaggerating – I couldn’t imagine an easier process.
Now for you!! Seriously, even if you have a router in perfect working order, enter this contest and just save it for when it inevitably fails you some day.
Giveaway
One lucky, lucky winner can win a Cisco Valet router simply by leaving a comment by Friday, February 4th. I’ll choose the winner using Random.org and announce it on Saturday.
Because I just LOVE comments, here’s how to gain extra entries (please leave them as separate entries):
1. Do you subscribe by email or RSS to The Good Stuff Guide? I love my subscribers, so you get an extra entry. Wahoo!
2. Email 5 of your friends about The Good Stuff Guide and tell them what a rockin’ website this is. We’d love to have them join us!
3. “Like” The Good Stuff Guide on Facebook and receive the latest news and your chance at additional giveaways. (I LIKE you too!)
Good luck!
You can find more information about the Cisco-Valet Wireless Router ($65) on Amazon.

on February 3, 2011 7:21 amDon’t know much either about tech either, except I want it when I want it – and it seems that our old router just can’t keep up with the new tech demands very well. Would love to have this baby.
