Reese Witherspoon’s Home in Ojai, CA
February 8, 2013Happy, happy Home Tour Friday to you! Today we’re headed to Ojai, California, located just south of Santa Barbara and a short drive north from LA, to see Reese Witherspoon’s seven-acre ranch.
Built in 1923 by renowned architect to the stars, Wallace Neff, for glass magnate Edward Libbey, this home has also been owned by Kathryn Ireland.
The main home has 4 bedrooms and has been featured in Vogue, House Beautiful and more recently in Elle Décor.
Love the historic details and rustic casualness.
And the red bar stools to make the room pop!
The seven acres also feature gardens designed by landscape architect, Jay Griffith. Love the lavender.
Another view from the balcony.
A perfect spot for a wedding, this was the site of Reese’s wedding to husband Jim Toth in March of 2011.
The stables.
The pool.
There are also 3 guest cottages on the property for a total of 9 bedrooms.
A beautiful, relaxing outdoor oasis.
Gorgeous!
This home is for sale via The Agency for $8.9 million.
